Is every step of the woman whose hair is not veiled a sin?
Some women wearing hijab tell me that every step you take is a sin. I know it's a sin to go around without a hijab, I'm not a revealing person either, but I'm obsessed with what people say. Allah is not so unmerciful to His servants, is he?
Imagine that the same question was asked of someone who drinks, steals, gambles. What would you say to their question? After all, there is no difference between walking around without wearing a veil and drinking alcohol, in that both are “things forbidden by Allah”. Yes, you do not reject religion because you wander without a hijab, but a situation such as taking Allah's prohibition lightly or perpetuating a sin is a danger for a person's hereafter. Allah bless. Force yourself to listen to Allah's command. Even if someone gives you comfort, shouldn't your conscience crush you?
