How can I teach surahs and prayers to my visually impaired mother?

My mother is visually impaired and no one has taught her surahs and how to pray until now. I'm trying to teach the surahs, but because she didn't go to school, she can't read properly. Even if she can read, it is very difficult for her to memorize surahs because of her age. What can be done in this situation?
