Can people with hair loss wear wigs?

Men or women who have lost their hair completely can use wigs. Some scholars have expressed such an opinion. If his/her hair is a little shedding, s/he cannot use a wig. There is such a different provision because of the inconvenience of adding hair to hair, which is prohibited in the hadith. The wig must be removed while ghusl. It is better to do it while wiping in ablution.
