Is it permissible to share only profit while being a partner?
A holding engages in commercial activity by establishing a partnership as a profit partner. It distributes the 13% dividend to those who want to become a partner in twelve monthly installments by deducting the taxes and loss parts. The contract is made for one year and includes the commercial activities, the areas in which the works are carried out, and the percentage profit rate. Is it permissible for me to make a profit with such a partnership?
There is a problem in the profit share after deducting the expenses. We can see such a partnership as operating money rather than partnership.
