I have a business that serves lokma dessert. Normally, I would open it at 11:00 and close it at 22:00, but special for Ramadan, I open it at 14:00 and close it at 00:00. Is it permissible to be open during the day?

In a place where people are Muslims, it is not permissible to keep the food and beverage area open on the day of Ramadan. However, there may be a license for places where fasting is not obligatory, such as hospital canteens. Do not be in a position to help break the fast. Set your business according to iftar hours. May Allah make your job easy.
